Rachael Clunie is an award-winning milliner and QEST Scholar based in Brighton, UK. Her journey into millinery began while producing her own cabaret shows, when her desire to create costumes and corsets for the stage naturally led to making headpieces.

Working under her eponymous label, Rachael creates distinctive bespoke hats and seasonal collections that combine traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary, sculptural aesthetic. Inspired by nature, architecture and art, her designs are made for those who wish to make a statement without saying a word.

Alongside her design practice, Rachael draws on more than 25 years of experience in event management to curate luxury residential millinery retreats and specialist workshops. These immersive learning experiences bring together exceptional guest tutors and small groups of students in inspiring and beautifully considered settings.
