Sponsored by the Red Deer Arts Council, 25 hat enthusiasts gathered at the museum and art gallery. We participated in a photo shoot and ice breaker awards, with fun categories widest, tallest, cutest, smallest, most colourful hats. Then processed to the Arts council gallery to stop and take in the art work displayed there. Onward through historic Red Deer and mural adorned alleys to Sunwork’s gallery to take in a hat display of hats by 4 hat makers. We then dispersed to enjoy a Mother’s day luncheon.
