The Spanish Hat Association was born in 2007 with the aim of bringing together all those people, companies, entities and institutions that carry out activities in the world of hats . At that time, millinery in Spain was a recovering trade, with professionals working in isolation and without references. Aware of this situation, the veteran milliner Charo Iglesias, her founding partner, convened in her workshop a series of meetings between professionals that left clear concerns and difficulties common to all. As a result of these meetings, the Association was launched.
