Giulia Mio is an Italian, award-winning couture milliner devoted to making hats and headpieces from the finest materials, with an immaculate finish.

Her style is the result of a blend of Fashion and observation of Nature.

Fine Arts and Theatre also significantly influence her creative process, as does her love of the unexpected and uncanny.

She studied set and costume design in Venice and Milan, and learned millinery for fashion and theatre in Rome, Milan, and Zurich. She founded her company, "Giulia Mio Millinery," in 2015 and has since won several national and international millinery awards.

She moved to Leicester in October 2015 and established her studio at the prestigious Makers' Yard, in the centre of the Cultural Quarter in Leicester City centre.
